Sea World of Orlando
We went to Sea World of Orlando for a couple of days. The flume ride we went down is called "Journey to Altantis" and was not a very good one in my opinion. The ride is short and poorly themed. If you want to get wet, you will! Luckily, we sat in the back and only got mildly soaked. The people in front were completely soaked as during the second drop, a small wave rolls over the front of the boat.
To the left is a picture of a manatee (an endangered species). To the right are penguins! At the penguin exhibit, they have ice machines in the ceiling which spew ice down. Some of the penguins just love this and stand under the machines letting the ice hit them! There was also this penguin that loved the people moving by on the travelling sidewalk and he would walk up and down the rock looking at them.
You could feed the sea lions small fish and they would make the loudest noises to get your attention. Then, we watched the Shamu show which is always good.
Here's a trainer riding a couple of dolphins. There were other shows and exhibits that we saw but didn't take pictures of. Just fyi, the gated price for Sea World is now $44.00 + tax. We got in for $29.99 as it was Saturn Car Owners day. Plus, we got lunch and a t-shirt.
